The front desk had no interest in my story. I didn't even get a refund, free stay or anything!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Checked in at 4pm to head to an event. Went to shower and I didn't have a drop of hot water! Walked over to a restaurant - brought leftovers to the room and the entire refrigerator was flooded, I assume from the freezer. Came back to the room after my event; layed on the comforter (I never lay in the sheets) and I woke up to what I later found out was a bed bug! I checked out and sat in the breakfast nook until my transportation came, for about four hours! Terrible, will not visit this place ever again!

Disliked: There were stains on all the lampshades, there were cracks all over the bathroom, including the tub, there were bugs, crawling around on the floor of the bathroom, the locks were bent, there was some sort of liquid drippings around the fridge that were never cleaned up, there was a cigaretteburn in one of the decorative comforters
