Avoid. Staff is rude and demand extra non-refundable cash payment on top of room fee.
Pros:
That I wasn't allowed to stay and took my business elsewhere.
Cons:
Clerk behind the counter demanded additional payment in cash, became belligerent when I refused and offered to put my card down for incidentals. Was told to leave, was not allowed to stay. Horrible.

If you are traveling on a budget, I would recommend this hotel. Wifi worked well, rooms were dated, but clean.
Pros:
You get what you pay for in this Hotel. Very affordable, clean, attentive staff.
Cons:
The hotel sits just off I-10, so if you cannot handle freeway traffic noise, it's not for you.
