Great staff, horrible property.

Liked: The breakfast was almost nonexistent. The only good thing is the staff, who were very friendly and did the best they could.
Disliked: The property basically needs to be demolished and rebuilt. It's in very poor condition. I've travelled in the third world, and the condition of this hotel was comparable or worse.

Disappointed and frustrated. Will not...

Liked: We were the first to stay in a newly renovated room. The staff were friendly/helpful and checking in was easy.
Disliked: There wasn’t a place to hang our clothes. No extra blankets and the room was cold so we didn’t get much sleep. No place to get snacks.

Great price for a one-nighter

Liked: Quick and easy registration. Staff provided clear direction to the room and amenities
Disliked: It seems the building was still under construction. The elevator didn't quite make it evenly to the floor before the door opened.

Disliked: Under construction, remodeling, key card/door lock had to be reset multiple times and even let in via the master key twice

Terribly run down and neglected...

Disliked: Everything was run down and dirty. Recliner in room looked like it had been recovered from the trash. Rusted tissue cover in bathroom. Roach in the bathroom floor was reported to the front desk. Their response was to ask if it was dead or alive. When we said it was dying the clerk was pleased that the spraying was working, oh and by the way, sorry.

Not recommended until their remodel...

Disliked: The motel is about to have a total remodel, thank goodness. It was in terrible shape, the hallways, the room itself, the bathroom was gross to the point that we didn't shower. We did have dogs with us and paid the extra fee. Not sure if we got the "dog room", but it smelled like pee when we walked in. When booking I checked the box for breakfast available. They literally have coffee and very small blueberry muffins, that is it. We were travelling across country and this was just a stopping point for the night, but wouldn't want to stay again. Hopefully the remodel will make some big improvements.

Had we not been so...

Liked: There was none that we were aware of. Working at a well needed redo, it should have been closed down
Disliked: Worn out, our room did not smell bad, big surprise, the bathroom was covered in Sheetrock dust, the bed had questionable stains, had I seen them I would not have slept on them. . Our door didn’t shut properly bc the top hinge was loose. The checkin clerk was a delight, working her butt off to help us. The outside locks were broken. We were traveling with a elderly widow friend, we worried about her safety as she was right by the unsercured outer door.

Liked: Nothing this property should be closed, I didn’t even stay due to the conditions paid for nothing and had to get another room out of pocket. I would like a refund or I will dispute the charge with my bank!
