Liked: nothing was horrible drugged out people outside and room was just as bad
Disliked: everything bad customer service horrible Room the carpets were staying the sheets were staying the towels were staying the tiles were lifting in the shower and it looked like the cave there was no light in the shower and it stunk really bad

Disliked: Sometimes all you really wanna do is lay in a bed and watch TV. The TV in my first room didn’t work. After about three staff members unsuccessfully tried to get the TV working they gave me another room. The new room was probably the worst room they had. The staff were not friendly. I would not recommend this place

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our room was clean, parking was available right outside of the room, and the location is within 20 minutes of what we were doing in Santa Barbara! There are a few things within walking distance (liquor store, small restaurants) but you should expect to drive anywhere else.
Disliked: The bathroom didn't have any type of fan. Normally, that's not an issue, but I was staying in the room with my husband and nephew, so it was hard to be in the bathroom getting ready for our concert after someone showered.
