Not a great stay

Liked: Room was okay. We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. It is geographically very near to the airport but too far to walk to the terminal
Disliked: 1st room we were allocated had strong strong smell of cigarettes.we requested and were given an alternative room.I had read reviews that said you can request a packed breakfast ( breakfast is included in the price ). As our flight was early morning I asked for a packed breakfast when booking and when I checked in I reminded the guy on reception who said he was sure he overheard the member of staff on nights last night talking about it so presumed it was in hand.Next morning, 5 minutes before shuttlebus to airport was due I went to reception. After waking up the member of staff he didn't know anything about my request. No packed breakfast was ready but he did put out the breakfast items for us and we very quickly had something to eat. Driver of the shuttle bus said there was always an issue with people staying at this hotel whenever he came to pick anyone up. We only booked and stayed one night so our experience limited.
