If we hadn't pre-paid, we would not have stayed. There were two rooms in our party, and not everyone was going to the concert at Blossom. They planned on using the pool and hot tub. Carpet and general appearance of the whole place was shabby and not too clean. The toilet in our room had clearly not been cleaned - the seat was up and there were splatters (ick). Our first room had someone in it. Management took care of those issues quickly but again, we would not have stayed there if we weren't locked in to it. Learned our lesson about not being able to cancel a reservation - taking too big a chance.

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: My room was very dirty, there was something resembling feces on the wall, my door didnt lock, and the floor I dont think had been swept ever. There was garbage all over the ground outside the facility.
