Basic no frills motel but...

Liked: This is a basic motel - not luxurious - but it was very clean, comfortable, and in a good location, not far from I-95 and many fast food restaurants nearby. King size bed was comfortable. Floors were laminate or vinyl and clean. The room seemed pretty large. Everything in the room was working well, including plumbing, cable TV, WiFi, fridge with separate freezer, microwave. The price couldn't be beat. Staff member was friendly at check-in. Bathroom fixtures and furniture were fairly up to date and in very good condition. Bathroom was also roomy. I've stayed here before and will stay here again. Parking area was well-lit.
Disliked: Breakfast is rather sparse (coffee, tea, granola bars) but for this price, I wouldn't expect more. I knew in advance that it would be a grab-and-go breakfast, so this wasn't a surprise, and I decided it wasn't worth spending $30 or more to stay elsewhere just for a better breakfast.

Liked: The room was clean, fresh, and well appointed and stocked. staff was friendly and helpful, eager to fix issues right away.
Disliked: We couldn't get into the room due to handle/lock requiring more than expected force to open. Front desk issued an alternate room, which we almost couldn't get into, but discovered an extra push, extra hard on the handle made it work. The room had no facial tissues. The building showed signs of aging, as the metal stairs had places that were rusted through. The toilet had a leak, causing a small puddle to form on the bathroom floor.
