Liked: The room was huge! Very clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel!
Disliked: The closest thing I have to a complaint is that I had trouble finding an outlet to charge my phone.

Noisy guests on the second...

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The NOISE in the room above. I complained to the front desk at 9 pm and the party continued until 1:30 am. I called the front desk FOUR times and they refused to do anything about it. I paid a hefty pet fee for my show dogs to be there. My dogs were polite quiet guests. The loud party on the second floor didn't seem to matter.

Room good, “Breakfast”, not so...

Liked: Room was nice and clean. Cheaper in De Soto than in Lawrence.
Disliked: Breakfast! Coffee was cold. “Breakfast” was packaged pastries, Ding Dongs, dry Eggos and dry cereals. No butter for the Eggos. Shouldn’t be able to advertise these rooms as coming with breakfast.

Bad

Disliked: Being charged $150 for smoking. Was not in the building at the time. Sister was holding door open and was finishing cigarette. He did not tell her that he was going to charge us. Won't stay there again.

Nice trip to KC

Liked: Location, outside of Kansas City, but a 20 minute drive gets you about anywhere you would want to go. The location seemed safe. Didn’t have to worry about someone breaking into my truck. Working security cameras throughout the motel. Exterior doors locked.
Disliked: Nothing, everything seemed go.
