The room had a sour smell. One of the beds was missing a blanket and when asked they couldn't provide one. Very noisy. Certainly not worth $100.00 a night.

Liked: He put me out the room saying he smelled heavy smoke coming from my room I already had a bad experience when I was checking in they want they deposit in only cash and I told the man I only had a card on me he gave me a suggestion to walk across the street by myself at the mid of the night to get the cash off I told him you don't see it's dark outside and I'm a women by myself so yeah will never check back in over there on Walden road I rather stay at the one on 11th st out here on my city
Disliked: The men's that work at the deck in the office they were very rude and this was about 2 weeks ago

Liked: For the money, this is a clean and comfortable motel. This is our 2nd stay here as we travel through Beaumont. We will continue to stay here as it is a good value.

Disliked: When I got there in the room the shower had hair on the wall. I called the front desk and told him that I was going out to grab something to eat please have this cleaned before coming back. Told him it would be 1 hr. Came back about 1.5 hrs later and the hair was still there this is disgusting. Because I booked thru Booking.com the manager said he could not do anything but next time I stayed would give me 20%. 1. this should have been taken care of asap. and I should not have to wait to have a discount the manager should have given me a voucher of some type of compensation at that time. What makes you think I would come back and trust what they say. I did give them 1 hr to address the situation..
