Very disappointed!

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. The staff was very pleasant and tried to help where they could.
Disliked: The room wasn’t clean, black mold on the ac unit. Rug was very worn and stained. There were stains on the sheets. Overheard another guest complain about holes in the sheets and wall. Breakfast was not on par with other Super 8 motels I’ve stayed at.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Good price for Lake Havasu. We got the older room, but it was clean and it had everything what you need.
Disliked: The bed was covered by plastic under the bedsheets so it made noise every time you moved and it wasn't breathing due to this. I understand this protection but it wasn't much comfortable. I didn't like all this single-use plastic + non-recyclable coffee cups and plates at the little breakfast (Coffee, juice, muffins, toast + jam). Using regular dish and then putting it in a dishwasher wouldn't kill anybody. (But that's not this hotel's issue only...)

Liked: Location was great! Very close to the river.
Disliked: Hotel was decent.. would of liked it a little cleaner.. and it was very noisy. You could hear everything from the room next door and upstairs.

Very poor

Liked: It was a roof over our head and a place to lay down for the night.
Disliked: After calling ahead saying we are running behind because of a late flight. We were informed that if we didn't make it by 430 am we would be a no call no show. The room looked like it was in the middle of a remodel. The "amazing " complimentary break fast was a communal gallon of milk and stale muffins. Highly recommend staying here only as a last resort.

Liked: Nice Veterans Parking space right by front door!
Disliked: Inability to turn on the TV. Had to have front desk turn it on. Was my problem, I had never had to turn on a TYV by the hidden control panel. I had always used the hand held controller.
