Did not meet expectations.
Liked: Location was good, breakfast was non-existent.
Disliked: Breakfast was why I gave it less than great review.Cereal and milk is not breakfast!

Avoid this hotel
Liked: Rooms and bed were comfortable.
Disliked: Took 3 tries to get us in right room. First room was still occupied. Second room was single bed not 2.2nd day our room keys wouldn't unlock our door. Breakfast offered hot tea and oatmeal but no hot water. Had to fill a cup from a utility sink and heat it in the microwave to have tea or oatmeal.Tables weren't cleaned between clients who ate and left.

Disliked: No truck parking as it was blocked. It was noisy. The amount of people hanging around outside the door was ridiculous.

Liked: Close to my destination
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable, rooms could use some work, they're starting to show some wear and have had some poor repairs done.
