I was 20 minutes out of my checkout time which said online 12. Once I checked out and gave front desk my key she told me I wouldn't get my $50 deposit back because I was after the time. Well excuse me, I didn't jump up and put my clothes on - we had to wash and packed our stuff especially when she knocked on the door at 10:45. I won't go that anymore and I call corporate.

Liked: The front lady was very nice
Disliked: The room was DISGUSTING! Sanitization is really needed for the room. There was trash left in the drawers that looked to be left over food that smelled. The room had nicotine stains so bad on the lamp shade & walls. My husband & I walked out feeling very sick. People seemed to live there & were super loud. Massive banging. The wall looked too have a poop stain on it. It's nothing the way it's advertised. The beds felt like sleeping on a metal frame there was no cushion to the mattress. Sad part is when checking out the front lady in the morning didn't even ask how our stay was. The front lady who worked the night shift was very nice.

Will never return at that...

Liked: Location is convenience.
Disliked: There were at least 5 live and 3 dead roaches in the room. When I reported to the front desk, I was given a bug spray and was asked to spray the room myself. I asked for a room change but was told it's sold out. The attitude of the front desk person is very bad. She said in a rude voice pest control just came that morning and this is what would happen after they performed pest control, i.e. roaches will all come out.

Liked: I hated EVERY SINGLE THING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!! The manager was racist and did not want “our kind” at her establishment!!! She did not honor my reservation because she accused my DRIVER of dumping milk out in the parking lot!!!!! BEFORE I EVEN GOT CHECKED INTO THE HOTEL!!!!! I informed the front desk I am having to rent this room because my home was destroyed by an electrical fire in the walls!!!!!!! I went outside to grab my ID and information, my son (5 years old!!!) was getting antsy in the van, so the man grabbed my son and brought him to me. My son doesn’t drink milk in a bottle… so, when the man said “We are canceling your reservation.” Imagine my confusion- he wouldn’t tell me why he was cancelling the reservation. I kept asking to speak with the manager. Finally, a woman comes out the “office” with a child running around behind the front desk of the hotel and says “That man just dumped some milk out on the pavement. We don’t want your kind disrupting our guests. Just deal with it.” I had to find another room on the spot (which I was able to rent a room right down the street with NO ISSUES!!!!!!) I have NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS TYPE OF DISRESPECT .. no manners whatsoever!!!!!! She obviously needs to speak with someone ….. but her mental incompetence cost me a cancellation fee I had to get reimbursed because she judged us as soon as she saw us!
Disliked: See above … there was NOTHING to like! They have an indoor pool… but it’s closed regularly!!!!! When I went (76degree day around 12:30pm) it was closed!!!!!!
