Liked: The staff was very helpful. We had our dog with us, and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and the beds and room were spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: We couldn't make the TV work correctly.

Liked: Junk food with terrible ingredients for breakfast. Fresh waffles would improve your breakfast exponentially.
Disliked: Pull out sofa is not suitable for ANYONE to actually sleep on. I paid way more for a king room to fit 5 people, however 3 of us squished into to king bed and 2 of us suffered on the horrible pull out sofa. Would have rather squeezed into a 2 queen room for the price AND comfort level. Sad I wasted money, we wanted to leave a day earlier but I had already paid online while booking. Room smelled weird.
