Liked: Nothing! We had a very bad experience. When I approached the staff with our concerns I was blown off saying they couldnt help with anything cause the computer was frozen
Disliked: We had cockroaches in our bathroom by the bunches. We did not feel comfortable at all and we ended up leaving early because it was disgusting. We could not use the shower because of how many roaches were on the towels and toilet paper and tub surround.

Liked: Nothing except room did appear clean
Disliked: The so called Free breakfast is coffee, bottled orange juice, wrapped danish and oatmeal packets; that's it. No bagels, no muffins, no fruit, no yogurt, nothing hot. None of the so called secure entry doors needed key for entry.

Liked: Cleaning ladies are friendly and seem to take their duties seriously.
Disliked: Very difficult to get someone at the front desk or on phone.Breakfast was lousy. Instant oatmeal -often only one kind - and cold packaged cinnamon rolls. Juice machine did not work. A few bottles of juice in ice in a metal bowl. Orange juice ran out by 7:30 AM. Coffee often ran out early.Television did not work. Night manager tried to fix but could not.Sink and toilet needed to be plunged.Light switch turned off one of the wall plugs. No way to know that until morning, when the cell phone was not charged.

Disliked: Me being disabled and their not being a working elevator was horrible
