Liked: Area of the room was quiet.
Disliked: The only issue that happened on our last night was the backlight on the TV malfunctioned. You can still see a little bit of the picture (but it was really dark),but you can hear just fine. But that wasn't the hotel's fault.

Liked: We come to Carbondale 3to 4 times a year to visit my daughter and the location is close to where she is.
Disliked: The staff was not accommodating. There were no sugar and creamer packets in the room, so when we went to the desk to ask for them there reply was they were only available between 6 and 9.They advertise breakfast, there is none.We will never stay again.
