Pool was good, room was...

Liked: The pool was fantastic and the reason we booked. But after a day using it, they closed it for “maintenance” after telling us the pool opened the day our stay started. Do I worry now that was in the pool was unsafe for me and my family?
Disliked: The staff were rude, unprofessional, hard to deal with, and dont understand what being in the hospitality industry means. I doubt I will ever use this hotel again.

I’d never stay here again!...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and it seemed clean.
Disliked: The blanket was very thin and scratchy. The furniture and decor was extremely dated. The tv only had channels from the 80’s & 90’s and very few at that. The rugs were filthy and very old. The continental breakfast was very minimal and disappointing.
