Had to change rooms, I ask for a non - smoking and got a smoking room (rm 337)this room had no telephone in room, bath exhuast not working,Manager switched my room to rom 348 - A/C had no knobs or lable plate (could not operate unit) Curtain for window not hanging off and curtain wond sitting on window ledge not attached, Kitchen fuacet leaks and has not airator installed, kitchen cabinet door Right side under sink needs attention (repair, ugly) bath exhuast not working, freezer needs defrosting, Right bulb out in bath room, cigaret butts in corner right side of toilet,

Had people hanging around the area that looked like they didn't belong there. Why didn't the cleaning staff report the heavy smell of smoke in the room. The mattress was so worn out it felt like sleeping in a worn out hammock.
