Amazing place if you are visiting San Antonio. Amazingly located in a very beautiful area.

Disliked: Very disappointed that crockery was all disposable plastic - ridiculous situation in 2024. Raised with staff and told it was to help staff as they were busy. I’m sorry that is no excuse. Not even an attempt to recycle. Very poor. Would put me off staying here again.

Liked: Very clean , staff friendly , awesome size room (Front desk lady when i checked in was honestly the highlight of the hotel . She was so welcoming and friendly 👌)
Disliked: Wish the pool was heated, kids were bummed about not getting to swim due to weather change

Liked: Suite hotel gives you a kitchen and separate bedroom. The staff are both professional and friendly. All this with breakfast included, you can't go wrong.
Disliked: A little noisy being right up against the freeway and exit.

Liked: Close to downtown
Disliked: The place for pets to relieve themselves was overgrown. My chihuahua had a hard time going through the grass because it was an area beside the access road and needed to be cut and cleaned.

Amazing!! Great price value :)

Liked: Free breakfast was a plus! We had a girls trip and the location was perfect to reach downtown and walk around San Antonio! The suite has 2 comfy beds and a sofa beds where we played card games, and there were 3 mirrors for busy girls haha. The gym and pool was nice, too!
Disliked: For the price and length of stay, we truly were pleased. If there;s anything, then more variety to breakfast and more towels would help a lot!
