Very friendly, helpful, professional staff. Clean spacious room. Nicely groomed grounds. Convenient to airport and surrounding areas via major roads/highways. Obviously well managed.

Liked: Excellent experience.

This was an excellent place...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly. The pool was simple and nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had more than enough space in a king studio for our family of 4. Great shower with great water pressure. Big closet space with dirty clothes hamper. Nice vanity with ample lighting and hairdryer. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bonus huge pullout sofa. Loved the breakfast nook. Kitchen had full size fridge/freezer and microwave. Also equipped with coffee maker, toaster, and utensil sets for 3! Wonderful breakfast options.
Disliked: The pool was a bit chilly.There was no safe in the room.Couch wasn’t the most comfy but did fine. Carpet was a bit dingy.Would love more hangers in closet space.Location leaves to be desired.

Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Liked: We were extremely pleased with our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the facilities were clean. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool during our stay. The pool was clean and the access to pool towels was nice. The breakfast was great and it changed each day so we didn’t get tired of eating the same thing.
Disliked: The only thing that was negative about our stay was being woken up at 4 AM to a false fire alarm but the fire department had us back inside within 10 minutes. The location was easy to access but was not in the best part of town.

Liked: The staff was amazing, the location is convenient, breakfast was great. Rooms were comfortable.
Disliked: We did have several ladybugs getting into our room somehow.

Liked: The breakfast was OK. The location was OK as well as this is a very congested area coming off of the interstate.
Disliked: The entrance was not covered as it was coming a shower upon arrival. The lobby area, elevator area and getting off of the elevator was very compact-no room to maneuver the luggage cart. The king bed had sunk in places which made the mattress worn out. The room had a slight odor. The hotel was going through some renovation work. The outdoor tables were dirty and the cushions were wet and there were leaves all over them. This area was very nice in its day but not continuously maintained. The cushions were worn out. Booking rated this property a 10-SMH!! This property was to me no better than a 7.5 at best. I base my stays on ratings and I knew when I walked into this hotel it was far from it. I don't know how this hotel received a 10 but we have been in much better hotels that have scored from 8.5-9.5.
