Liked: The location was great plus staff and manager on site.
Disliked: Property needs to be updated. Due to some minor incidents we had to be moved to a different floor. Originally room, bedroom 1 door did not lock or close. Bathroom did not have a lock for privacy.

Beautiful facilities and suite with a couple of bumps during check-in.

Liked: The location, suite, and facilities were beautiful. The pool was heated and the outdoor area was lovely.
Disliked: When we arrived, our room was not ready for another hour.The receptionist was by herself checking in an entire lacrosse team, and all other guests. Better planning on the part of management would go along way to relieve this issue in the future. It was clear that the receptionist and the cleaning staff were doing their darndest to get everything ready.
