Liked: Very comfortable beds. Location is fantastic, super handy to walk to Polk Street etc Rooms are nice and clean and my room this time had an incredible view as well Fitness centre is clean and easy
Disliked: There is often a very loud humming from the ventilation unit (I think) it's not from the air conditioning as I it happens whether it is on or not. I have experienced it in a couple of rooms in the past!

Liked: Great location. Staff was friendly, accommodating, and informative (except buffet vendor.) Service was great from arrival to departure. Valet went the extra mile, even retrieving the car when I Ieft something in it.
Disliked: Vendor for Buffet Breakfast. I paid $96 for two buffet breakfasts when I could have gotten the same meal for much less by purchasing individual breakfast meals. She was rude when we were ordering, and also charges $4 extra for sparkling water, ... that's crazy for a $96 dollar breakfast! Overpriced for what it is. I will tell all friends the stay is very good, but DO NOT purchase the buffet.Requested rooms together but they were down the hall from each other.
