Perfect place to stay.

Liked: Pet friendly and clean. Close to restaurants and Starbucks in the morning. Staff was great and knowledgeable. Room was comfortable and large. Nice place.
Disliked: All good.

Disliked: There is a charge for $20 that should not be there. I ate breakfast but that was included in with my room at no extra cost. I did not take or use anything from the room. Why are I being charged an additional $20?

An amazing hotel and is...

Liked: From the time we checked in, until the time we checked out everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again if we are making a trip to Richmond.
Disliked: The Remote to the TV did not cooperate well. Even after we replaced the one that was already in the room Went without watching TV. Over all it was a very nice stay. Will stay there again.
