Great trip! 10:10 recommend

Liked: Great location. EV charging convenience. Large room. Separate water closet (toilet). Loved the iced lemon water in the lobby. Staff was nice and helpful.
Disliked: The bed was a little too soft for my preference, but this is a personal preference. My friend liked the beds.

Liked: Even though the time was not yet over for the mentioned breakfast the lady was eager to put away everything.
Disliked: The pillows were not comfortable

Liked: The front desk staff were some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. So friendly and helpful and talked to us every time we came in and out. Breakfast was nice, there were plates annd plastic ware available for us to take at all hours. Staff was very responsive about giving us extra blankets when we asked. Our room was a good size and had a microwave and fridge. The location was excellent with great shopping and food options right outside.
Disliked: We asked at check in for our room to be serviced every day and they didn’t. When they did service the room they didn’t make the beds for some reason? And the beds weren’t very comfortable and one of my pillows was two throw pillows inside a standard pillowcase like they were trying to pretend it was a normal pillow. I have no idea why.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff very nice. It was a great location for where I was visiting.
Disliked: Paying $16.00 for parking! The garage barely had any cars. Was not like it is downtown. Check -in staff - had to ask about everything, never offered basic information - parking, access to elevators, parking fee, breakfast hours. Left my ipad in a drawer. Called to see if they found it. Insisted cleaning staff would have found it. Made no effort on their own to check the room between customers. Only checked after I inisisted they look.
