Not responsive

Disliked: We asked to cancel our reservation via Booking, but received no response. I called the hotel and they directed us to Booking. I contacted the Booking customer service, who submitted a new request to cancel the booking and send an email. I called the hotel again to ask if they received the email. The employee was very friendly and stated she would have the manager call me back. The manager never called or replied to the email and our reservation was not canceled. We ended up paying for a hotel room we didn't use.

Clean and comfortable.

Liked: The location was easy in get to with free on site parking and access to the freeway was close. The room was clean and well laid out. Having the soft bed was a nice perk for a family of 5. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. They had light food (corn dogs & nachos) available for free when we checked in.
