Superb

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly! Room was clean.
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable and the bathroom door handle was very broke looking. I didn't want to close the door out of fear of being stuck in the bathroom.

Liked: Staff accommodated early 1:30pm check in which was appreciated. Room was below average. It did not smell clean. HVAC unit very loud. Bathroom floor unclean, tub had gross stains in it and water did not drain well. Sink had cracks in it. Breakfast ok.
Disliked: This Marriott needs a total renovation!

Clean and Hospitality.

Liked: It was a very clean hotel. In a great location near many restaurants. The staff was exceptional and breakfast great.
Disliked: Bed was a little hard.

Liked: It was okay, I didn't like that. They didn't have no Creamer for my coffee.
Disliked: I didn't like the hard beds and I didn't like that. Our TV wasn't working and when I called management. He said that they will come to fix it, but they never did. I had to figure it out by myself. I didn't like the heater. It was making very loud noises and I couldn't sleep.

Bad

Disliked: We didn't get to stay because when I booked the room they said the pool was working and when I showed up the morning of arrival they didn't tell that the pool was down so when it was it time to check in that's when they decided to tell me about the pool

Good

Liked: The rooms were good and comfortable.
Disliked: Booked this predicated on the pool and spa being open. However, both was closed.
