Liked: The cleanliness of the room was great.
Disliked: The elevator was down for a day and we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs with our room being on the third floor. We came down for breakfast, both mornings we were staying, no milk both mornings, very little breakfast amenities. No cream for the coffee. I would not recommend staying at this facility with other suite properties. WE would have stayed at Home2 Suites had there been the availability.

Overall I was actually afraid for my family and vehicles stay at your hotel. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Disliked: first of all you guys charge a parking fee to park your car at the hotel. i was asked what am i doing weith my vehicle, what in the hell would you like me to do with it and then charge me 19dollars to park.. the night before i got to the hotel 7 cars were broken into and glass smashed so what does the parking fee pay for SCAM!@!!! Secondly a birthday party was going on there and ten to 12 people in a room and also 15 kids in the pool but im only allowed 2 people in my room hmmm wonder how rules change for different people.?????? Doors were knocked on all night by kids running thru the halls and i actually thought me n my family was staying for a good nights rest.
