Awesome kid friendly
Liked: The location was perfect for what my family needed.... it accommodated 6 of us in one room comfortably...... breakfast was good.... patient staff.... I would go again.

Liked: The receiptionist was very friendly. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The bed was perfect. Breakfast was good too.

Pleasant staff helped to compensate...
Liked: The breakfast was excellent. A nice variety of choices.
Disliked: The room was one of the most depressing I have been in . In the bedroom area, there was nothing pleasant to even look at—no art, color, etc. pillows were not comfortable and offered no choices. Some of the lighting didn’t work, and inadequate lighting in bathroom to apply make-up. A lot of functional issues with the room; could have been designed much better. I expected more from Marriott.

Liked: Perfect location if youre going to the ExpoCenter. Very close to the runway of a very busy cargo hub. Huge cargo jets arriving or departing literally every minute starting at 4:30 Saturday morning. Cargo jets - not Piper Cubs. Staff is outstanding.

Overall, it was a nice...
Liked: The hotel was really nice, clean, and easy to access. I wish I had time for breakfast but I woke up late and couldn't get any... But it smelled good!!
Disliked: When I walked in to get my key after my husband already checked in, there was no one at the desk. I waited for a couple of minutes and looked for a bell or something to advise someone I was there, but nothing. So I just walked in and went to the elevators and to the room. That was a little disappointing that there was no one around to greet me or to kind of see who was coming in... Just saying... That's the reason I gave it 9 starts and not 10.
