Liked: Check in clerk was a delight
Disliked: The room they checked us into ...the thermostat did not work. Hours later we were moved to a new room. After checking out the next day I realized that I left my electric toothbrush in the original room. When I called the hotel to see if it could have been found by housekeeping, I was confronted with a less than friendly desk clerk. SDHe promised someone would call. When no one called the next day I called her back, she scolded me for calling and said someone would call me.... I have never received a call. I found everything satisfactory except this rude clerk.

Disliked: I had trouble getting room card to work. 1st set wouldn’t work so back down the elevator to get another set. back to the 5th floor with luggage. wouldn’t open. so back to front desk for a 3rd try. they called maintenance to “escort” me. 3rd set wouldn’t work. the whole process with me going from 5th floor to lobby made me feel like they thought I wasn’t smart enough to use the key card!after 3rd trip I requested different room.
