Liked: The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. My husband and I always choose this hotel when we book a hotel in Williamsburg. I would recommend this hotel 1000 times to my family and friends.
Disliked: There wasn't anything to not like about this property. Everything was up to my standards as usual. I don't use elevators so being able to take the stairs and get to my room was great for me. I can't wait to come back with my husband.

Liked: I like the breakfast in the mornings and the free snacks.
Disliked: I didn't like the price I paid for my room. I like getting a good discount for my rooms.

Disliked: Yes, there was no soap in the bathroom and was told by the front desk that they were out of it. The room was not cleaned and no new towels were left. The beds and linens were not changed during our stay. The garbage cans were not emptied.

Disliked: The breakfast could have used a little more food options. However it was good.

Wouldn't stay here again.

Disliked: It wasn't very clean, the couch had crumbs and dirt underneath the cushion...which we found when prepping it to sleep on.
