Disliked: With this being the nearest hotel to Jackson Hospital, the purpose of my stay at your hotel, I found it very inhospitable that there would be no hospital shuttle on the weekends. Also the last shuttle from the hospital is at 3:45. Its too early because visiting time goes up until 9. Also I found your front desk staff to be very abrupt and not not courteous especially potentially dealing with guests that are dealing with family crises. Upon check in they enquired if my staff was for medical reasons and yet there was no compassion shown.
