Disliked: Internet wi-fi connection was poor and even we were contacted by IT help-desk problems continued.

Disliked: Bed sheets dirty and pillow cases dirty and seemed they where never changed. Door latches for restroom didn't close

Great place, great staff, great...

Liked: The indoor pool was great, the room was spatious, the staff was kind, the location was fantastic. Great place to go back to once you are tired from shopping. Did not use the fitness room, but good to have one if you need it.
Disliked: The breakfast didn't have many options, just eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, etc. I didn't mind it that much, but if you are a picky eater, maybe this can be a deal breaker for you.
