Expensive but checked all the boxes, met expectations.

Liked: Clean hotel, friendly, helpful staff. comfortable suite.
Disliked: Construction during the day. I was aware of this prior to staying there but chose to anyway and it was only a minor inconvenience.

Disliked: They were doing renovations and you were not notified until after check in it was loud and the water was shut off for a period of time

It was good overall!

Liked: Breakfast was great! A big selection and always stocked. Room was big and comfy.
Disliked: Linens smelled a little like maybe they werent fresh. Especially the pillow

Pleasant

Liked: Typical Fairbanks hotel - nothing special. It is downtown, which is nice. It is at the center of town and within walking distance of the Chena River, the visitor center, and a variety of shops and restaurants, so that was nice.
Disliked: This was a date with my wife, giving her time away from the house. Most of the guests were on business, so I felt like I was going to work. The rooms are small cookie-cutter type. The beds are comfortable, though. The hotel is a good place to sleep, but not so much if you have time and just want to hang out some.
