Liked: The location was very close to everything
Disliked: One old man was very rude in the front deskOne morning we ready to have breakfast and we are surprised the kitchen was closed whit no sign or notice latter somebody told us we can go to the next hotel to have breakfast we go and was to late most to everything was gone.

Are stay was Excellent!

Liked: Breakfast was good. Place is super nice. Will definitely stay at every Springhill Suite when I travel if available at our destination.

Disliked: The manager is rude and has no customer service skills. the room was supposed to be $114. They charged me three different times still has not returned my money. The deposit was 250 which they tried to charge two different times and then charged on a different card and the manager tried to tell me that is not what happened, and when I showed him my bank statements and card, he tried to argue. My money still has not been returned.
