The hotel was far below...
Liked: Very little.
Disliked: 1) When I called to make a reservation, I specifically asked numerous times if the cribs provided at the hotel were non-collapsible (not "pack n' play") and that there was a physical mattress. Numerous times the receptionist assured me they were wooden cribs with mattresses. I made the reservation based on this information. When I arrived the woman at the front desk said that SpringHill only carries collapsible cribs with no mattresses.2) I reserved a room with a King Size bed. The hotel website says it was supposed to be a King Size. The mattress was a queen size - we measured it. The dimensions are universal. When we informed the front desk to ask for a room with a king size mattress, they said the room was a king size room.3) Our refrigerator did not work. The front desk offered for us to use a fridge in the reception, but we have a baby who needed milk throughout the night - this shouldn't be something we should need to leave our room to retrieve in the middle of the night in our pajamas. When someone came to look at the fridge, he said, "there's a noise coming from the fridge, it must be working." It wasn't, and everything we kept in their spoiled overnight.4) The breakfast was a mess. When we arrived there were no eggs, no potatoes, no napkins. It took 10-15 minutes for more eggs to be provided and a line of people had formed in the meantime. The countertops were messy.
