Liked: The room was spacious and clean. I've stayed here before and have always enjoyed the stay! The included breakfast in the morning was also a nice touch.
Disliked: When I checked in for the first night, the manager checked us in and told me I needed to pay for the stay. I informed him that I had already paid via Booking.com. He then switched saying they needed a card on file for incidentals, which I understood, but I used a different card than what the room was booked with. He told me my card was declined... so I used the card I originally booked with, and the payment went through. I looked at my statement the next day and saw that it was more than the $100 incidental charge - it was the charge for the full stay. I went back to the front desk and talked to someone else that said they would refund me the amount. I checked my bank statement a few days later and the full charge had been processed. Called Marriott support to assist in this situation and Marie, who helped me, reached out to the hotel to correct this situation. Marie was a delight to work with, but she let me know that the hotel should be refunding me that amount; but also received some push back since the "manager wouldn't make mistakes" in charging me. Hopefully, the hotel will refund me (not seen it come through yet) and all will be resolved. The beginning of my stay was a bit soured by this first interaction as it wasn't as welcoming as I was hoping.

Disliked: I paid online and they made me pay again in person and i havent gotten it back. So i paid for two nights basically and only stayed one. Im LIVID
