Liked: The location was convenient, staff was friendly, they served breakfast free with your stay, they had a gym and pool indoors.
Disliked: How they clean the rooms and how dirty the hall way was, how loud the kids next door to us were.

Disliked: I booked this hotel for its high cleanliness rating, but there was a slight odor that wasn't fresh as the air in the hallway.

Disliked: Bedspread was dirty parking is NOT FREE although at the time of my booking it was listed as free and it was loud. This place had great reviews so I'm extremely disappointed. Will not go back.

Property is outdated, water never...

Liked: Close to the Arundel Mills Mall
Disliked: They now charge for parking which we had no idea when we booked which is ridiculous for all the better this hotel was. Water was never hot to shower. Bed was HORRIBLE. Lumpy and could feel the springs in my hips and ribs. Outdated. Rooms are not very soundproof. Kids running in the hall and slamming doors all hours of the evening and night. Breakfast was disgusting. We stayed here a couple of years ago with no complaints. It has really gone downhill.
