Great place for a short...

Liked: Location, location, location. Near gas station and with easy access to the highway but also in a quiet zone. The room offered a functional kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Both bed and couch were comfortable.
Disliked: The sink in the room was clogged and the elevator had a terrible odor. In addition to lackluster breakfast. And was also surprised to see the indoor pool was closed permanently. The website did not disclose that information.

Liked: Check in/check out was easy.
Disliked: When we arrived the room had trash in the sink, no toilet paper. The pull out couch bedding was dirty. We had to ask for extra blankets 2 different times. Also aat the end of one of the beds, it felt like there was a hole in the subfloor. We were on the 3rd floor so it felt unsafe.Also the elevator made a weird noise and we did not see a sticker of last inspection

Disliked: My reservation 2 queen bed/sofa bed was not available. Rooms were dirty. A/c heater not working. I got charged security deposit $160 that was not stated.

The worst facility and stay...

Disliked: The first room, the bed didn’t have a sheet on it. They changed my room, however, the bathroom light was out and it took an entire day to change the fixture. The phone chord had a short in it. I had to go downstairs to check with front seat. Housekeeping never cleaned our room. Disgusted!

Disliked: Smoke alarm battery needed to be changed. Toilet didn’t work. Phone in room didn’t work.

Liked: The location was easy to get to and find.
Disliked: The breakfast was nonexistent- there were 6 yogurts, stale muffins, biscuits with sausage gravy, dry cereal and no milk. The juice machine did not work. Coffee ran out by 8:30. The toilet was stopped up. When I called down to fix it, no one answered.
