Exceptional

Liked: GM went abive and beyond to assist with some issues I was having with a motorcycle.
Disliked: Little league group terrorized the property while I was there.

Impressed & comfortable

Liked: Desk clerks were very helpful with helping us discover Bentonville. We appreciated the information and assistance.Impressed with the large room (2 Queen beds+ pull out sofa). Spacious!
Disliked: Hot water for morning tea took a while to be set out. It might help to have additional support for the kitchen server during periods when the motel is full.

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpfully and friendly, room was spacious and clean, breakfast was great and they had a late check out at noon instead of 11 like the majority of the hotels.

Liked: Clean and roomy for the price! Pleasantly surprised.
Disliked: Breakfast wouldve been fantastic if things had been refilled. We were there at least an hour before it closed and hot items were pretty sparse.
