Was not impressed. I will attach photos and video. 59 minutes before my show the general manager says to desk clerk, tell her she can have her money back. On 2 rooms b4 my show. Wow. No compassion. I asked for a new room due to following and again pictures and video to accompany. Kicked in door with 2 screws holding lock on, not safe as I stated. Dishes in dishwasher, I don't work there to clean and put dishes away. Finger prints and sticky stuff on end table and TV. 6 inch yellow circle on bed, yeah. Which I had to strip and change myself as no one could bring it. Cob webs everwhere. Heater room open. You have an internal leak in the walls which allows water damage and big drops of paint filled with water. Shower curtain hanging on by rachet screws. Partying in the parking lot. Smoking weed in the halls or it was just that trifling of a smell. I complained like 6 times with no empathy. Complained face to face, perfectly brainwashed answers with no compassion or integrity for people wanting a safe place away from home. Do better!

Liked: My family came.
Disliked: Whole room.

Poor

First and last time...

Liked: Location is good. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Lobby facilities are clean and set an expectation of what your room will be like (unfortunately not). There is a shuttle that can pick you up from the airport.
Disliked: Once we got to our room we noticed that there were dirty rags and disposable gloves sitting on the floor at the front door. Once we went inside saw that the room's floor was dirty. Decided to call the front desk to report this and when I picked up the phone, it was filthy! A new room was offered. This one was a little bit better. However, the bathroom floor felt flimsy, there was only one towel in the bathroom (for a party of 4), and the toiletries were of poor quality. Luckily we only stayed for one night.

Disliked: Toilet . You felt like you were sitting on floor.

Would have been better if...

Liked: The location was close to where I needed to be. One of the front desk worker was really down to earth.
Disliked: Room wasn’t cleaned fully. Sheets and comfort had stains. The tub took 10 mins to drain after a shower. Plus no breakfast.

Worst hotel during the best...

Liked: The beds were the only saving grace for this room. The lift was nice but still stinky
Disliked: Everything else. Filth. Stuff on the furniture (orange pop) the sofa was beyond stained, the place reeked of urine, the carpet was filthy. Hair in shower we never used. Worst ever.

An excellent stay

Liked: Very spacious with plenty amenities
Disliked: no oven and the pool was not open and it was take outyour own trash.

Good

Liked: Location was good. A lot of dining options, several within walking distance. Staff friendly. No breakfast available. Some outdoor sports activities for kids.
Disliked: The room appeared to be clean, however there were a lot of sloppy fixes (shower leaks with water squirting into the bathroom area, spilled paint where the drywall had been fixed in the bathroom because of the leaking water), peeling paint, a light in the kitchen that would go off and on again every 2-3 minutes. The shower had dirt and grit on the floor (it just didn't get completely cleaned up), trash under the pull-out sofa. The buildings overall seemed dated and in need of some TLC. Minimal supplies for the room. 2 towels for a suite that could sleep 6. No extra pillows, bedding for pullout. Had to ask for everything that we needed that should have been in the room.

Horrible would never stay there...

Disliked: It wasn’t clean no hangers not enough towels and rags , sink was broke water wouldn’t get hot and staff was rude
