Liked: Hotel was beautiful. The restaurant Was delicious.

Not worth the price tag

Liked: It was sort of fun to see that part of Miami and type of hotel. It was nice to have a room on the south side with more sun and views. But in general it was disapointing
Disliked: Hidden fees - felt like we were hemorrhaging money. Initial room on the north side of the building was sad and dark, but luckily they moved us to south side and it was a world of a difference. That upgrade did make the stay better.

Liked: Everything location, staff friendliness, room cleaning every day, fresh clean towels without asking I was lucky enough to have a room on the 23rd floor
Disliked: Not much, but if I had one complaint, it would be the HVAC system. My room did not get cold enough, but the problem was handled. I had awonderful stay.
