The kind of place a...

Liked: Spacious room with big windows (though they could use a wash). Comfortable bed. Good location if that's where you need to be. A bit worn at the edges.
Disliked: The staff were extremely unhelpful. Although I had already paid the resort fee and my reservation included parking, I had to point out to them the extra $100 worth of charges they tried to make both upon check-in and upon check-out. I had to argue with them for 30 minutes to remove the extra parking fee. Felt duplicitous and like they were trying to rip me off. The bar/restaurant downstairs was hosting military recruits who were extremely loud. We had arrived from a 24-hour international flight and although the restaurant was advertised as staying open until 11pm, at 10:10pm they said their kitchen had closed ten minutes prior and they could not provide us with any food whatsoever, not even a cold sandwich. Only alcohol. The staff suggested Uber Eats or Door Dash with no restaurant recommendations. They were unaccommodating and rude.

Liked: friendly staff, excellent restaurant/bar. Clean and modern rooms.
Disliked: The location is a bit remote from coffee shops, other restaurants. Nothing really within walking distance. But its a quick Uber to Airport or Redwood City
