Good location, but desperately needs...

Liked: Location was good and the staff were friendly
Disliked: Room was very old fashioned and desperately needed a refurb. It’s not a 5 star luxury hotel. I have stayed at a Sofitel before and this was no where near as nice

Disliked: I almost about to give the4 Hotel 5 stars rating but afterthey throw away mymacaroons (not opened!!!)that all the way i brought it from Paris for my brother whom i didn't meet for 7 years. It was so disappointing.The reason of throwing away left food of guest at the room as part of hotel rules was just NON SENSE!!!if that so they SHOULD had informed upon check in!Also how come they just brutally put in the garbage a sealed macaroons ( the worst part even they said the found nothing in the Fridge actually) after. 3rd call, with 2 different person, are you evenfor real?I am a hotelier my self every hotel indeed have their own policy! But sofitel this so embarrassingThe housekeeping staff even came inside the room without knocking fist while we were about to have
