Disliked: Fridge was unusable because it was full of minibar items which couldn't be replaced without paying for them.

Liked: Staff was exceptional and the restaurant in the hotel was just amazing too.
Disliked: Gym is really small and lacking equipements for a 5 stars hotel,you can't get a good training in there.

Disliked: There was a party in the room next to mine. The hotel did nothing exept that I could change the room.

Liked: I travel for a living and this hotel does not convey a 5 star standard. Had a large stain on the office chair in room and was not noticed till we alerted them. The staff did forward an apology and a gesture and this made it a little more palatable, but
