Overall I'd recommend it. Great rooms and service for the price!

Liked: Short drive from downtown; helpful staff; clean and spacious rooms, between the East & West Towne Malls.
Disliked: Must be in a newer area because the roads leading up to it were horrible - pot holes everywhere; no bars, restaurants, gas stations within walking distance.

The bed was very comfortable

Disliked: I would suggest a better breakfast. You need some hot items like eggs and some kind of breakfast meat with potatoes.

Disliked: They were cleaning the hot tub on the morning of the 16th and when my daughter went down she found night crawlers (worms) around the tub…Then we left for the day and the cleaner lady was in the room across…(I was hoping our room was cleaned) no where in your policy or anywhere else does it state that you don’t clean the room refresh towels or take out garbage …I went down to the front desk when I got back and asked why this wasn’t done and I was told that they only clean every 3 days I then asked if since the cleaner lady was there if she minded vacuuming for us quickly to which I was handed a vacuum and told to do it myself …. So I spent my 41st bday cleaning a room I paid to stay in for the service and I’m not really happy about that …. Yes I have pictures and proof

Liked: Excellent staff at front desk. Very personable, every one of them. Really seemed to care about us, why we were in town and if we needed anything. See below for one problem with front desk.
Disliked: We checked in late after attending a concert. One of the sheets on my wife's bed had a large blood stain. We slept in the same bed. We told the front desk about it upon check out, even showing them a picture of the stain. They didn't seem too concerned
