The worst experience I have...

Liked: Horrible experience- I called them Friday To update them about me not being able to get there until Saturday or Sunday morning but I wanted to confirm that I was still going to show up and what they did was completely canceled my booking but still charge me the full four night stay Receptionist when as far as to calling me a hardheaded just a horrible experience all way around for myself and for my family
Disliked: The female receptionist attitude could’ve been a lot better can’t remember her first name but her last name was Ramierz

Liked: Everything was great!I am a Houston native and we were moving out of state. From the comfy beds to the great breakfast provided, we enjoyed our stay.
