Liked: Staff were very helpful at checkin and checkout, and could accommodate my request for a late checkout.
Disliked: There was a lot of unnecessary waste like small bottles in the hotel rooms, plastic silverware, styrofoam cops, etc. Itd be nice to see more reusable options.
