Disliked: We had confirmation that we booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each. When arrived we told that our reservation was for single kings. We settled for rooms with one bed and pullout sofa. Someone/something had screwed up.

Liked: The room was exceptionally clean. We asked the front desk who cleaned our room. Her name is Rain. She did an awesome job.
Disliked: When we stepped off the elevator the smell of cigarette smoke about knocked us over. We hurried to our room and closed the door. However, the smoke was so strong that 45 minutes later it was filtering into our room. I called the front desk and the girl said she'd come up and check it out. I was so congested and it gave me such a headache that I wasn't able to sleep until after 4 am. When I inquired the next morning I was told that the night clerk did indeed check it out but could not determine which room the smoke was coming from. ( I actually went online to double check if this was a smoke free hotel) because I felt that people must have been smoking in numerous rooms to create as much smoke as there was in the hallway. I was disappointed that the hotel staff acknowledged the problem but chose to turn a blind eye.
