No hot water, TV didn’t...

Disliked: There was no hot water, the TV didn’t work, roach in bathroom, excessive noise above kept me awake all night, no decaf coffee

Sleep in and booking.com fail

Liked: Unable to check in
Disliked: Waited 20 minutes at lobby, the entire place was abandoned. Had to book a hotel across the street. No customer service, was charged $238 for a night we didn’t stay. Will be contesting the credit card charge

Liked: Location, quiet. Mostly helpful except for Friday morning 3/29/24 breakfast attendant.
Disliked: Breakfast sparse. On 3/29 there was 2 oranges out. We took 1 and another man and his wife took the other. No one ever came to stock items.My husband peeked in employee room there were boxes of oranges and bananas Including box of brown ones.Worker yelled

Disliked: The room bed has dust, poor breakfast and the Hotel parking was full at night. The front desk staff was not friendly and not available at the front counter.

Disliked: The room with the king bed is extremely small, needed to be updated, and bathroom was the size of a small closet. I would not stay here again nor recommend it to others.
