Staff was great. Appearance of hotel and rooms that we were in seemed clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Rate it a 4, really. We came to the entertainment at Downstream.

If I ever stayed in...

Liked: Breakfast was just okay, but nothing extraordinary.
Disliked: The location was terrible with all the truck traffic, and our room was at the end of the hallway where we could hear anyone going in and out of the back door. The price we paid was $30 more than the Sleep Inn we stayed at the night before in TX.

Liked: We were located on the 1st floor right next to a door outside, which was very convenient traveling with 2 dogs. The motel was located right next to a number of eating venues that offered a discount if you stayed at the motel.
Disliked: The room had a little wear and tear, but not anything major.

Did not get a good...

Liked: Liked location next door to the Joplin Truck Stop.
Disliked: Thin walls can hear too much road noise even conversations as people checked in to hotel, no refrigerator, TV didn’t work, and the bed was not comfortable and rocked anytime either of us moved even a little bit.
