Really liked how close the Sleep Inn was to the Pepsi Amphitheater. Clean; friendly staff; nice breakfast.

Liked: Room clean; breakfast good and filling and all staff was pleasant and friendly.
Disliked: Room cleaning product scent a little strong for someone with allergies. Refrigerator in room could have been a little larger - actually fill the space intended for it.

Liked: Location was pretty good.
Disliked: The parking lot is rather annoying to park at. The rooms are decently small for the price and the bathroom is a sliding door. Felt like I was showering and using the toilet in a closet. The beds were also really firm and the pillows felt like I wasn’t even sleeping on anything.

Clean sight-seeing base

Liked: The double room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a fine start to get us out the door- there were options for getting some protein (like yogurt, eggs, and sausage). Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff members were helpful. Overall, no complaints! It was a good price for the area - simple and clean - just what we needed for a sight-seeing base.

Noisy in Flagstaff, but great...

Liked: The staff was friendly and attentive. They were able to help us check in early. When we called to tell them the room next door was playing music very loudly, they immediately resolved the issue. They restocked depleted breakfast items in a timely fashion. Huge props to the staff!!!The pool was a great size and indoor-- great at we could use it in any weather! The hot tub was VERY hot.Breakfast was great. Typical hotel hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, GIANT delicious muffins. Kids loved the waffles and hot chocolate.Easy express check out.
Disliked: The location was loud with traffic. Our walls were thin. I think the window didn't have a great seal. I tried to turn the fan on "constant" to drown the traffic noise. The bathroom was showing lots of wear. The beds were a little squeaky, but overall comfortable.
